Sap Pp Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end SAP PP Production Planning & Production Execution processes.
• Strong experience in Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routings, and Production Versions.
• Configure and support Demand Management, MRP, Planned Orders, Production Orders, Scheduling, and Confirmations.
• Handle production order lifecycle including Release, Confirmation, Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, and Settlement.
• Work on SAP PP integration with MM, QM, SD, CO, and WM/EWM.
• Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide functional solutions.
• Perform SAP PP configuration and prepare functional documentation.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot PP-related issues.
• Participate in cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer where required.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP PP expertise.
• Hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, Demand Management, BOM, Routing, Work Center, Production Orders, and Shop Floor processes.
• Good understanding of PP-MM, PP-QM, PP-SD, and PP-CO integration.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and/or production support.
• Strong experience in SIT/UAT, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
