SAP PP Consultant Process Manufacturing

Role & Responsibilities

• Work on SAP PP for Process Manufacturing projects and support activities.
• Handle Production Planning processes including SOP, MRP, LTP, and CRP.
• Perform SAP PP configuration and customization based on business requirements.
• Manage master data such as BOM, Recipes, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Routing/Resources.
• Coordinate with business users to analyze manufacturing requirements and provide SAP PP solutions.
• Work on PP integration with MM, QM, SD, and PM modules.
• Support production order processing, capacity planning, batch management, and shop floor execution.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities (UT, SIT, UAT).

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP.
• Strong experience in SAP PP – Process Manufacturing.
• Good understanding of Production Planning (SOP / MRP / LTP / CRP).
• Experience in SAP PP Configuration is mandatory.
• Manufacturing domain experience is mandatory (Process / Chemical / Pharma / FMCG / Food Manufacturing preferred).
• Strong exposure to PP integration with MM, QM, SD, and PM.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA PP will be an added advantage.
• Should have worked on end-to-end implementation and/or production support projects.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
