SAP PP and QM Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP + QM Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate should have experience in SAP implementation, rollout, support, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP PP and QM modules.
• Handle business processes related to Production Planning, MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Capacity Planning.
• Configure QM processes including Inspection Plans, Inspection Lots, MICs, Quality Notifications, and Usage Decisions.
• Work on PP-QM integration and integration with MM, SD, and FI/CO.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and user documentation.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and other functional consultants.
• Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support activities.
• Support data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and SAP QM.
• Good knowledge of SAP PP-QM integration.
• Experience in MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing, Work Centers.
• Experience in Quality Inspection, Inspection Lots, Inspection Plans, MIC, Quality Notifications, Usage Decision.
• Experience in S/4HANA or ECC.
• Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD and FI/CO.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
