Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

• Subject matter expert, minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Dev & Support environments in SAP PO.
• At least 4 full cycles with SAP PO implementations.
• Design, develop, and implement SAP PI/PO solutions to meet business requirements.  
• Understanding of security protocols, network, firewall etc.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams and gather requirements to define integration strategies and have good exposure in Connectivity Profiles between systems.
• Experience in creating technical specification documentation for all integration solutions of SAP PO.
• Ability to grasp and understand the business process, pain points and challenges of the organization.
• Good experience in Java functions like UDF and should have experience in Banking interfaces. 
• Understanding of SAP modules such as SAP SD, MM, PS, FI/CO, etc.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in S/4 HANA 
• Supporting our client in preparing and facilitating requirement gathering/ blueprint workshops to analyse client's business requirements.
