Key Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM experience.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end PMGM implementations.
- Strong expertise in:
- Performance Management
- Goal Management
- Route Maps
- Form Templates
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Business Rules
- Calibration
- Employee Central Integration
- Hands-on experience with SAP Work Zone.
- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Good client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- SuccessFactors certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors PMGM solutions.
- Configure PMGM templates, forms, goal plans, and workflows.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
- Manage documentation, issue resolution, and enhancements.
