Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Lead Consultant with strong SAP PS knowledge to lead functional activities across SAP implementation and support engagements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 9+ years of SAP PM/PS experience.
• At least 3 full end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Mandatory: Minimum 1 E2E implementation in the Construction Industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project Systems (PS).
• Experience in plant/equipment management, heavy equipment/fleet maintenance, site assets and construction project execution is highly preferred.

SAP PM Expertise

• Technical Objects, Equipment and Functional Locations.
• Maintenance Notifications and Work Orders.
• Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Plans.
• Measuring Points and Measurement Documents.
• Refurbishment processes and Maintenance Costing.
• Integration with MM, FI/CO and PS.

SAP PS Expertise

• Project Definitions, WBS, Networks, Activities and Milestones.
• Project Planning, Budgeting, Availability Control and Settlement.
• Project Progress Tracking and Project Cost Management.
• Integration of PS with MM, PM, FI/CO and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, workshops and cross-functional discussions.
• Drive solution design, configuration and functional specifications.
• Coordinate integration, testing, data migration and cutover activities.
• Provide production support, issue resolution and hypercare.
• Act as the functional lead and work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
