Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

• Responsible for gathering facts, analyse the requirements and draw conclusions.
• Responsible for preparing the design of the solution and demonstrates the design to support the findings and conclusions.
• Analyzing clients business processes and performs system configuration, Unit & integration Testing and assists clients in testing cycles.
• Should be able to write FS/Requirement documents for WRICEF objects
• Works on one engagement at a time.
• Participate as a technical or functional lead in support services and are able to fully understand application support scenarios and issues , create complex guided procedures/SOPs and guide other team members, investigate and identify root cause of issues, create work arounds, identify application improvement opportunities and enhancements, debug and review code or application configurations
