SAP PLMSI Consultant (System Integration)

Role & responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience in delivering SAP solutions in SAP PLM-ECM, Windchill and Teamcenter integrations etc.
• Min 1 E2E implementation and 1 support project experience for configuration of SAP PLMSI System integration with Teamcenter, Windchill etc.
• Ability to connect external PLM tools (like Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill) to SAP S/4HANA, covering key functional areas such as material master, BOM management, engineering change management, documents, and routing.
• Ability to supports end-to-end scenarios like New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI) and Configure-to-Order, focusing on data synchronization and mapping.
• Strong understanding of PLM System Integration Solution Architecture, Uni-Directional & Bi-Directional Integration, Handling of Change Object, Document Version, File Handling, External & Internal Versioning Schema with Revision Levels, Document Version - Outbound Scenario, Inspection Characteristic, Production Operation List, Structure Version, Structure Version Factory-Specific, Alternative UoM Based on Component UoM, Variant Conditions, Model Unit Effectivity, Variant Definition and Variant Option, Variant Option Rule
• Good understanding of handling scenarios like New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI), Major or Minor Change Triggered by Engineering and Logistics, Formal Change, Configure-to-Order Scenario (CTO), Data Federation, Installing PLM System Integration for SAP ERP
• Strong Technical knowledge on SAP PP, masterdata, BOM, Routing, Engineering Change management scenarios etc.
• Ability to take E2E ownership for PLMSI solutioning and capability building
