Position: Lead Analyst

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP PLM design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PLM functional specifications
Support end-to-end product development and lifecycle processes, including engineering change management, document management, BOM management, and variant configuration
Knowledge / experience of using PLMSI component in S4 to integrate external PLM data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product data management and process efficiency
Integrate SAP PLM with related SAP modules such as SAP MM, PP, SD, and QM
Provide support for data migration, system enhancements, and production issue resolution
Drive workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
Ensure solutions align with automotive industry standards and best practices
Prepare documentation, training materials, and user support guides
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Required Qualifications
10 - 15 years of experience in SAP PLM consulting or implementation
Strong hands-on experience with SAP PLM processes and configuration
Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment
Good understanding of engineering and product development processes
Knowledge of BOM, document management, change management, and material master integration
Experience with SAP integration across functional modules
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
