Position Summary Enterprise Performance Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to support the delivery of holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Position Summary Level: Analyst or equivalent As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do: As a Analyst, Managed Services on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for supporting Product Lifecycle Management solutions across implementation, customization, and data migration activities.

• Support Siemens Teamcenter implementation activities across development, customization, and configuration workstreams.
• Design, build, and maintain Teamcenter customizations, including server-side components, rich client components, business rules, user exits, and utilities.
• Install and configure Teamcenter in 2-tier and 4-tier environments, including database and web server configuration.
• Execute data migration activities from legacy systems, file systems, and manual sources into Teamcenter using extraction, transformation, loading, and validation methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workflow design, testing, issue resolution, and delivery of Product Lifecycle Management solutions.

The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients’ toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.

Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST, based on business requirements

Qualifications Required:

• 2-3 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter implementation projects across development activities.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management concepts, including part management, document management, bill of materials management, engineering change management, workflows, search, reports, Access Manager, Business Modeler Integrated Development Environment, Workflow Designer, and organization structures.
• 3-8 years of customization experience in recent Teamcenter versions.
• Experience installing Teamcenter in 2-tier and 4-tier modes and configuring databases and web servers.
• Experience developing Teamcenter customizations using Java, Structured Query Language, scripting, Integration Toolkit, services customization, and Windows and UNIX platforms.
• Experience with data migration from multiple source systems into Siemens Teamcenter, including legacy Product Lifecycle Management systems, custom applications, file systems, and document repositories.
• BE, BTech, MCA, or MTech degree, or equivalent. Preferred:
• Experience with data migration in Med Tech or Life Sciences environments.
• Experience performing system validation and legacy system decommissioning in regulated industry environments.
• Experience with extraction, transformation, loading, and validation methods across 2-3 data migration projects.
• Experience using IPS Load, Product Lifecycle Management XML, and import/export utilities.
• Experience migrating data types such as mechanical computer-aided design, electrical computer-aided design, documents, engineering bill of materials, manufacturing bill of materials, bill of process, and work instructions.
