Role & responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience with minimum 2 End to End SAP ECC 6.0 Implementation Project Experience in Project documentation and activities within BBP, Realization, Final Preparation and post GO-Live Support.
• Strong configuration hands on experience in Plant Maintenance. Integration with MM / PP / FICO modules and with external applications.
• Sound knowledge in SAP PM Master data and transactional activities.
• Familiar with Configuration of entire master data, Functional Locations, equipment, Maintenance Task list, Measuring point, counters, PM work centers, and Maintenance plans. Familiar with typical PM Processes like Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance. Calibration process, Refurbishment Process
• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly. Good Knowledge of Uploading Master Data and Transaction Data.
• Analyze functional and technical needs and identify gaps and alternative solutions relative to existing design.
• Preferred Business/Industry experience involving Steel Melting (Stainless steel/Mild steel), Aluminum Die- Casting, Forging, Metal-Casting, Discrete Manufacturing, auto ancillary Industry is required.

SAP WM Consultant

Experience – 5 - 7 Years

Job Description

• 8 – 10 years of experience in SAP WM with strong exposure to manufacturing and logistics processes
• Experience in at least 2 to 3 end-to-end SAP implementations
• Strong expertise in SAP WM configuration including warehouse structure, transfer orders, physical inventory, and handling unit management
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics, internal warehouse movements, and inventory management processes
• Experience working with RF frameworks, barcode scanning solutions, and integration tools such as IDocs and external WMS systems
• Familiarity with SAP EWM, ECC WM, or migration projects is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in global environments
• Good communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What you will do in this role

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP WM configurations
• Configure and enhance SAP WM modules including warehouse structure, storage types, putaway, picking, and replenishment strategies
• Collaborate with global architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and resolve issues arising during testing cycles
• Manage inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes including inventory control and warehouse optimization
• Support integrations with MM, SD, and production processes including staging and backflush operations
• Develop technical and end-user documentation, conduct training sessions, and support knowledge transfer activities
