- Roles & responsibilities
- Strong 6+ yrs experience SAP PP including 2+ yrs in PEO implementation and support with good knowledge on PEO areas
- Strong Technical knowledge on SAP PP, masterdata, BOM, Routing, production processes etc.
- Ability to own and implement PEO solution and support building new talent internally
- Production Engineering and Operations for Complex Assembly (PEO) key concepts, E2E processes (PLM-int will be planned separate trainings), pre-requisites, config etc
- Setting up BOM, EBOM, Routing, Production models, production execution, 3D visualization, VEMP, Settings for the Production Integration Portal (PiP), MPD, Product Unitization, Defects and Quality Notifications
- PEO Metro Map, Extended Production Engineering and Operations, PEO Change Management, PEO Process Strategies, Concurrent Engineering (partially covered)
- PEO Integration with ME (MTO), ERP, Integration with Smart Tools and Machines, Integration with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing for Planning and Scheduling
- PEO Business Scenarios like Config Control, 3D Visuals, Manufacturing Major Assemblies, Tracking Production Tool Usage (Tool tracking), Working with Test Equipment, Creating and handling defects, Planned Disassembly, Performing Operations Externally, Assembling Components from Production Supply Area in EWM, Concurrent Engg.
