We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant with expertise in S/4HANA Concurrent Employment to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processes and configurations, with the ability to implement and optimize payroll solutions that comply with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP Payroll solutions in S/4HANA with a focus on Concurrent Employment functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective payroll processes.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accurate payroll calculations and compliance with local regulations.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders regarding payroll processes and system functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in SAP Payroll with strong knowledge of S/4HANA Concurrent Employment.
• Proficient in SAP Payroll configurations and functionalities, including payroll schema, rules, and processing.
• Strong understanding of Indian payroll regulations, compliance, and taxation.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to payroll.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and end-users.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing payroll processes.
