Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PaPM Consultant with 6+ years of experience in SAP Analytics and Financial Performance Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), financial modeling, cost allocation, profitability analysis, management reporting, and SAP S/4HANA integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SAP PaPM solutions to support business performance management and profitability analysis.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
• Configure and develop PaPM models, functions, and allocation processes.
• Build profitability, cost allocation, transfer pricing, and financial planning models.
• Develop data integration processes with SAP and non-SAP source systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, and Business stakeholders to optimize reporting and performance management processes.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Create technical and functional documentation.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimization initiatives.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM).

• Transfer Pricing
• Management Reporting
• Performance Analytics
• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of SAP FICO business processes.
• Experience in data modeling and financial data transformations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, or support projects.

Preferred Skills

• SAP PaPM Certification.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BPC.
• Exposure to Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Manufacturing domains.
• Understanding of IFRS regulations and Management Accounting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of SAP consulting experience with significant exposure to SAP PaPM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
