SAP P2P Consultant - SAP AFS / Fashion Management

We are looking for an experienced SAP P2P Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM/P2P and SAP AFS (Apparel Footwear Solution) and/or SAP Fashion Management. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Fashion, Apparel, or Footwear industry and a solid understanding of fashion-specific business processes.

The consultant will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Configure and support SAP P2P processes, including purchasing, accounts payable, and vendor management. Work extensively on SAP AFS and/or SAP Fashion Management functionalities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP configurations and process solutions. Support integration of P2P processes with SAP FI, SD, and WM. Handle fashion-specific processes involving style, color, size, seasons, and collections. Perform configuration, testing, enhancements, troubleshooting, and go-live support. Support data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support. Conduct user training and knowledge transfer. Identify opportunities to optimize and automate procurement processes. Required

4-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM/P2P. Strong practical experience in SAP AFS and/or SAP Fashion Management. Prior experience in the Fashion, Apparel, or Footwear industry. Good understanding of the complete Procure-to-Pay lifecycle. Experience with style, color, size, season, and collection management. Knowledge of vendor master data, purchasing info records, and contract management. Strong SAP configuration, testing, and support experience. Integration knowledge of SAP FI, SD, and WM. Experience working in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. Willingness to work in the US shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.

End-to-end SAP AFS/Fashion Management implementation experience. SAP MM/P2P or AFS/Fashion Management certification. Experience with S/4HANA transformation projects in the Fashion and Apparel sector. Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and training skills. Important Screening Criteria Generic SAP MM/P2P profiles without relevant SAP AFS/Fashion Management and Fashion/Apparel industry experience will not be considered. Candidates must be comfortable working in the specified US shift.
