SAP P2P - BPT1

1. JOB PURPOSE

To support MSIL's enterprise-wide SAP S4 HANA transformation journey by providing functional leadership and business process expertise in the SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain. The role will drive the successful implementation of SAP Phase-by ensuring alignment of procurement processes with global best practices, facilitating business requirement mapping, supporting solution design and deployment, and enabling effective user adoption.

The position will also be responsible for ensuring long-term sustainability, process standardization, operational excellence, and realization of business benefits from the SAP-enabled digital transformation program.

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

i)Act as SAP MM (P2P) functional SME for procure to pay business processes.

ii)Drive requirement gathering, process design, system enhancements, user acceptance activities and adoption across value chain.

iii)Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Warehousing, Sales, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless process integration.

iv)Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency, inventory control, and vendor management.

v)Prepare and maintain BRDs, FSDs, UAT test cases, and other project documentation.

vi)Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful SAP

3. INTERACTIONS

Internal Clients: Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day-to-day work

Collaborate with DE Digital Core team members as well as extended Business and other application team members to implement the SAP solution.

External Clients: Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day-to-day work

Collaborate with External vendor, business users, SI partners to validate the business solution provided.

4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

a)BE/B-Tech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education. Minimum % as per HR Policy.

b)Must be SAP MM certified.

Work Experience

c)10-12 years of experience in procure to pay process as a user. Must have know how about automotive processes like Component, Imports, Capital, Services procurement, RGP/ NRGP, Direct/Indirect procurement, GRN, STO etc.

d)Experience in SAP implementation and rollout will be an added advantage.
