SAP OTC Solution Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the solution roadmap, architecture, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Project & Engagement Management and Billing (OTC), including revenue recognition.
• Drive end-to-end ERP implementations, ensuring integration with financial systems and supporting applications.
• Standardize and govern project management, engagement, billing, and OTC business processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with business and IT leadership to deliver scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Oversee financial data migration, business analysis, and functional solution design.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Development, QA, Security, Infrastructure, and Production Support teams.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Project & Engagement Management / OTC solution delivery.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation and delivery experience.
• Proven experience in professional services industry processes, including project management, engagement, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Experience in full lifecycle, large-scale SAP/ERP implementations.
• Strong expertise in functional architecture, business analysis, and S/4HANA solution design.
• Experience integrating OTC processes with financial systems.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP implementation experience in the professional services industry.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
