Create PRs for required materials or services based on department needs. Ensure correct material codes, quantities, and route for approval. • Convert approved PRs into POs and assign vendors. Verify pricing, delivery terms, and share PO with vendors. • Create SES for services received against service POs. Ensure service details match PO and route for approval. • Record goods received against POs and verify quantity. Update stock levels and enable invoice processing. • Create down payment requests linked to specific POs. Coordinate with finance for payment release and tracking. • Maintain accurate material master data like codes and descriptions. Support stock monitoring, adjustments, and inventory audits. Generate reports for PR, PO, GRN, SES, and DP status. Assist users with SAP MM transactions and ensure data accuracy.
