SAP MSG Technical Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Developer / Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP MDG technical development, integration and data replication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP MDG replication frameworks using ALE/IDocs, SOA Services and Web Services.
• Implement and monitor data replication across SAP ECC, S/4HANA and external systems.
• Configure and work with DRF (Data Replication Framework).
• Troubleshoot replication errors and manage exception/error-handling processes.
• Customize SAP MDG applications using WebDynpro, FPM, BRF+, BADIs and Workflows.
• Develop ABAP enhancements for replication logic and performance optimization.
• Work with functional teams to align replication solutions with business requirements.
• Document replication architecture, configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Support data governance and data-quality best practices.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of SAP MDG experience, with strong exposure to integration and replication.
• Strong hands-on experience in ALE/IDocs and DRF.
• Strong ABAP development experience.
• Hands-on experience with BRF+.
• Experience with SOA Services / Web Services.
• Knowledge of AIF, MDG error handling and monitoring.
• Exposure to WebDynpro and Workflow development.
• Knowledge of LSMW/BODS is an added advantage
