Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Store Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Inventory & Store Management to lead store operations, inventory processes, SAP enhancements, and business integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP MM Store & Inventory Management processes.
- Manage GRN, Goods Issue, stock transfers, material movements and physical inventory.
- Ensure material master accuracy, inventory reconciliation and audit compliance.
- Handle SAP MM integration with FI/CO and PP.
- Drive process improvements, validations and automation.
- Support SAP S/4HANA / RISE with SAP implementation, rollout and support.
- Lead users, provide training and coordinate with business and technical teams.
Required Skills
- SAP MM / S/4HANA – Inventory & Store Management
- GRN, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer & Physical Inventory
- Material Master, Batch Management & Split Valuation
- Inventory Valuation and FI/CO Integration
- BAPI/BADI, validations and enhancements
- SAP Rollout / Implementation / Support experience
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Qualification & Experience
- 15+ years of SAP MM experience with 3+ years in a Lead role
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience
- B.Tech / MBA / MCA or equivalent
- SAP MM certification preferred
Preferred Industry Experience
Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Mining, Power & Utilities, EPC, FMCG or Chemicals/Petrochemicals.
