About this role
Role & responsibilities
Hands-on experience in SAP MM, WM, and EWM processes.
- Support AMS operations, incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
- Configure core MM processes (PO Workflow, special procurement process, STO process, inventory management, invoice verification) and WM/EWM warehouse processes: goods receipt, goods issue, putaway, picking, packing, physical inventory, batch and stock transfers
- Design and configure SAP EWM inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, including RF framework, wave management and warehouse task/order management
- Provide L2/L3 AMS production support for SAP Logistics (MM, WM/EWM, and related SD flows), performing incident triage, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes within SLA
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design workshops.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support UT/SIT/UAT, cutover activities, data migration and post-go-live hypercare
Preferred candidate profile
• 5 to 8 years of overall SAP experience with strong hands-on configuration in SAP MM and WM and EWM
• Experience in atleast 1 SAP Implementation and 2 AMS/Support projects.
• Strong experience of Procurement, Inventory Management, WM and EWM.
• Experience in Warehouse Management and EWM processes, including inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, physical inventory, replenishment, and warehouse monitoring. • Experience in service management tools like SAP SolMan/ServiceNow/Jira and ITSM processes.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and exposure to Fiori Apps
• SAP Global certification will be an added advantage.
