Target Candidate Profile (Must-have)Prioritise candidates who clearly demonstrate:•     Strong hands-on SAP MM functional configuration experience (not just ticket-based support)•     Strong integration understanding across FI, SD, PP and WM/EWM (end-to-end troubleshooting experience)•     Proven complex data migration delivery experience (transformation, validation, reconciliation and cutover), ideally in S/4 or transformation programmes•     Implementation lifecycle participation: requirements, design, configuration, testing, cutover, hypercare•     Data migration: objects owned, volume/complexity, tools used, reconciliation approach, cutover role•     Integration scenarios: examples spanning MM-FI, MM-SD, MM-PP, WM/EWM and resolution approach•     S/4 exposure: BP/CVI involvement, Migration Cockpit usage, process differences vs ECCDeprioritise / Not Ideal•     Profiles focused predominantly on production support with limited implementation/rollout experience•     Candidates with data migration exposure limited to basic loads (no transformation, reconciliation or sequencing ownership)
