EXP :7 TO 10 Years

Lead and mentor a team of SAP SCM consultants.

Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Conduct team reviews, provide guidance, and support skill development.

Act as a point of escalation for complex issues.

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Ensure alignment of SCM processes with business objectives.

Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.

8–12+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SCM modules.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SCM systems.

Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and compliance.

Work across key SAP SCM modules such as: MM/ TM/LE.

This is team lead for position

Screening checks -

1. Candidate should have led SCM team of 7-8 people or team more than 5 people.

2. Preferred skill set - SAP MM. Good to have TM and LE.

3. Can manage the stakeholders, can talk to the business.

4. Good communication skills.
