Position: SAP Senior Consultant Experience: Minimum 8 Years Location: Bangalore

SAP Implementation Roles & Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering
• Understand business requirements from clients/users.
• Conduct discussions with business stakeholders.
• Document business processes and requirements.
2. Business Process Analysis
• Analyze existing AS-IS processes.
• Design TO-BE processes using SAP best practices.
• Identify process gaps and propose SAP-based solutions.
3. SAP Configuration
• Configure the assigned SAP module according to business requirements.
• Maintain organizational structures, master data settings, workflows, and other configuration elements.
• Perform configuration testing.
4. Implementation & Integration
• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Coordinate with other SAP modules and technical teams.
• Support integration with systems such as Finance, Sales, Procurement, Production, or third-party applications.
