Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring HR MIS & Reporting Professionals with strong expertise in SAP HR/HCM, data analytics, MIS reporting, and dashboard development to support and enhance HR operations.

HR Reporting & MIS

• Generate and manage periodic HR MIS reports for leadership and business stakeholders.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret HR data from SAP HR/HCM systems.
• Prepare workforce dashboards, reports, and analytics to support HR operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of employee-related data and metrics.

Analytics & Insights

• Analyze workforce trends, employee data, and HR metrics to identify actionable insights.
• Develop reports that support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
• Track key HR KPIs and create dashboards for business reviews.
• Present meaningful data insights to HR leaders and stakeholders.

Dashboard Development

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Create customized reports for various HR functions and management teams.

Data Management & Governance

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across HR systems.
• Perform regular data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Support HR system audits and compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Provide analytical support for HR projects and initiatives.
• Address reporting-related queries and deliver timely solutions.

Must-Have Skills
