We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MDG Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ABAP OO and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MDG data models, workflow development, UI modeling, validations, derivations, and replication frameworks. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and deliver scalable SAP MDG solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Gather business requirements and perform detailed risk and impact analysis.
- Design, develop, and implement complex SAP MDG technical solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and deploy MDG enhancements and custom developments.
- Analyze complex business processes and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solution quality, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
- Strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP with Object-Oriented Programming (OOABAP) .
- Hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) implementations.
- Strong knowledge of MDG standard and custom data models .
- Experience in extending MDG data models .
- Expertise in Process Modeling and Workflow Development , including Dynamic Agent Determination using BAdIs .
- Experience with MDG Replication Framework and Replication Models .
- Hands-on experience in MDG UI Modeling and Enhancements .
- Strong experience implementing Validations and Derivations using BRF+ and BAdIs .
- Experience working with SAP HANA Search capabilities .
- Good understanding of SAP development standards and best practices.
- Experience with SAP Data Quality Management (DQM) .
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MDG landscape and integrations.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 for MDG applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Result-oriented with strong adaptability, flexibility, and ownership mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within timelines.
