Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP MDG solutions for governing master data across domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP MDG implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and design Master Data Governance solutions.
• Configure SAP MDG for various data domains including:
• Business Partner (BP)
• Customer
• Supplier/Vendor
• Material Master
• Financial Objects
• Configure data models, workflows, CRs (Change Requests), and validations.
• Design and implement governance processes, approvals, and data quality controls.
• Work with Data Replication Framework (DRF), SOA services, and integration technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish data governance policies and standards.
• Support data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and harmonization activities.
• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis, System Testing, UAT, and Go-Live support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize MDG processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP MDG.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA MDG implementations.
• Expertise in:
• MDG Business Partner
• MDG Material Master
• MDG Supplier/Vendor
• MDG Customer
• Data Modeling
• Change Request (CR) Configuration
• Workflow Configuration
• Data Quality Management
• Data Replication Framework (DRF)
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business Partner concepts in S/4HANA.
• Experience integrating MDG with ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP IBP, SAP CRM, or non-SAP systems.
• Knowledge of BRF+, Fiori Apps, and SAP Workflow.
• Experience in master data migration and governance processes.

Preferred Skills

• SAP MDG Certification.
• Experience with SAP MDG on S/4HANA 1909/2020/2021/2022 or above.
• Exposure to SAP Data Services, Information Steward, or Data Intelligence.
• Experience in global rollout and support engagements.
• Knowledge of ABAP Debugging or MDG Technical components.
