Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant with 8+ years of SAP experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP Marketing Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, integration, implementation, and support of SAP Marketing Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Marketing Cloud including customer profiles, segmentation, target groups, campaigns, and marketing automation.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Design and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Sales/Service Cloud, SAP CRM and external applications.
• Work with SAP CPI / Integration Suite, APIs, OData, REST/SOAP interfaces.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global delivery teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP Marketing Cloud / SAP CX / CRM background.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Marketing Cloud configuration and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of campaign management, segmentation, target groups, and customer data.
• Experience with SAP integrations and APIs.
• Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

• SAP S/4HANA integration experience.
• SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Commerce Cloud.
• SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
• SAP Emarsys / Customer Data Platform.
• SAP Marketing / CX certification.
