SAP Lead

• This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving SAP operations during a major transition phase (TSA Exit and system carve-out).
• The person will lead the SAP functional and technical teams and ensure a smooth transition to a stable run environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor SAP functional & technical consultants
• Manage TSA Exit activities, UAT issues, cutover, and hypercare
• Ensure smooth SAP system performance post-transition
• Coordinate with global business and IT stakeholders
• Establish and manage SAP Run Organization This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep SAP ecosystem understanding.
