Position Summary

The SAP Joule AI Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and implementing AI-enabled business solutions leveraging SAP Joule, SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, Generative AI Hub, and Agentic AI frameworks across Life Sciences organizations.

This role serves as the strategic bridge between business transformation, AI innovation, regulatory compliance, and SAP technology platforms. The architect will define AI roadmaps, establish AI governance models, design Joule-powered business agents, and enable intelligent enterprise processes while ensuring adherence to GxP, FDA, and data privacy regulations.

AI Strategy & Architecture

• Define enterprise-wide SAP Business AI and SAP Joule architecture strategy.
• Develop multi-year AI transformation roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite environments.
• Establish AI reference architectures, standards, security models, and governance frameworks.
• Drive adoption of SAP Joule as the unified conversational AI interface across SAP applications.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, foundation models, and agentic AI capabilities.

SAP Joule & Agentic AI Architecture

• Design and implement SAP Joule-based business assistants and AI agents.
• Architect Joule Studio, SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and custom BTP agent solutions.
• Define interaction patterns for:
• Transactional AI
• Analytical AI
• Conversational AI
• Autonomous Business Agents
• Design multi-agent architectures supporting end-to-end enterprise workflows.
• Integrate Joule agents with SAP and non-SAP applications through SAP BTP services and APIs.
