Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP IT Recruiter with strong expertise in contract staffing and hiring SAP consultants across various functional and technical modules.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP contract and permanent positions.
• Source and screen SAP consultants through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
• Recruit candidates across SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, BASIS, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, EWM, BTP, and other SAP technologies.
• Coordinate with clients, account managers, and delivery teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical skills and project experience.
• Negotiate rates, check candidate availability, and coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and achieve recruitment targets within agreed timelines.
• Handle contract staffing, C2H, and permanent hiring requirements for domestic and international clients.
• Requirements
  
• 35 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 3 years in SAP recruitment.
• Experience in IT staffing or contract staffing is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of SAP modules and consultant skill requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience hiring for international markets is an added advantage.
