We are looking for experienced SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing to join our team.

Job Description

• Experience in SAP IS-U Billing implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U Billing, Rate Configuration, Invoicing, Billing Master Data, and Device Management processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and support billing-related business processes in SAP IS-U.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including FICA, CRM, EDM, and ABAP teams.
• Create functional specifications and support development activities.
• Perform testing, defect resolution, and support UAT activities.
• Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Support end-to-end utility billing processes and system integrations.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP IS-U Billing.
• Experience in Rate Determination, Billing Schemas, Invoicing, and Print Workbench.
• Knowledge of SAP IS-U integration with FICA, CRM, and Meter-to-Cash processes.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
