SAP ISU- Billing, Invoice, SAP SD, SAP Fi-CA

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage SAP SD module, including sales order processing, invoicing, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, providing insights to inform business decisions.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting by reviewing and reconciling accounts receivable balances.

Job Requirements :

• 8-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD module (sales order processing, invoicing).
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets using analytics tools.
