Eligibility Criteria

• 6-10 years of overall SAP experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-U FICA.
• Experience in AMS/Production Support projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FICA)
• Payment Processing
• Dunning
• Clearing & Returns
• Account Determination
• SAP FI Integration
• Experience in incident management, problem management, and ticket handling.
• Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Good understanding of Utilities industry processes.
• Experience in system enhancements, testing, and support activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
