Job Title: SAP Integration Lead

Years of Experience: 9-13 + yrs

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integration Team Lead with a strong background in SAP PO and SAP Cloud Integration development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the SAP BTP Integration Suite, specifically the EDGE Integration Cell. This role requires a deep understanding of integration processes and the ability to design, implement, and optimize integration solutions that meet business needs. This role requires leadership qualities to lead a team of 6-8 members for a migration project from SAP PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite and EDGE Integration Cell.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing integrations in SAP PO and migrate them to Integration suite.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Solution Architects frequently to discuss the progress, blockers and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Business Users to ensure seamless migration from SAP PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite without disruptions to usual Business.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Team Lead for Migration Project with team size of 6-8 members.

• Conduct daily status calls to ensure the progress is not stagnated and share the overall progress with Project manager and client in weekly status call.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP integration technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with SAP PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite, particularly EDGE Integration Cell.
• Experience leading a team of size 6-8 members.
• Strong Integration development skills, including proficiency in relevant programming languages.
• In depth knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively and communicate with SAP on product issues through SAP incidents

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other SAP modules and technologies.
• Experience with cloud based integration solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-12+ years of relevant experience in SAP integration development.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
