Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain integrated business plans (IBP) using SAP IBP software to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), set targets, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze financial data from various sources to create comprehensive reports on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in integrated business planning processes to stakeholders within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 12-30 years of experience in finance or a related field with expertise in integrated business planning.
- Strong proficiency in SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) module.
- Proven track record of developing effective KPIs and dashboards that drive business outcomes.
