Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP IBP Supply Planning.
- Knowledge of SAP IBP Demand Planning and Response & Supply.
- Good understanding of SAP IBP Optimizer and related troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SAP PP (Production Planning).
- Experience in AMS support, incident management, and change management.
- Experience in L2/L3 support, root cause analysis (RCA), and production issue resolution.
- Understanding of SAP integration with MM, SD, QM, APO, and S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
