Role: SAP IBP Consultant Demand & Supply

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 6–8 Years

Key Requirements:

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in SAP IBP. 
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). 
• Strong functional knowledge of Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
• Strong understanding of S&OP business processes. 
• Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP IBP S&OP solutions. 
• Experience with planning models, key figures, planning levels, attributes, time profiles, master data, and planning areas. 
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and scenario planning. 
• Experience with executive dashboards and KPI design. 
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. 
• Experience coordinating integration with ERP/S/4 systems and other data sources. 
• Good understanding of master data and data-flow validation. 
• Experience with IBP configuration, planning areas, key figures, and operators. 
• Experience with Excel planning views and analytics. 
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as CPI-DS, SDI, RTI, or equivalent.
• Experience leading SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. 
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. 
• Experience mentoring junior consultants is an added advantage. 
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud is preferred. 
• Any Degree qualification is required.

Shift Timings: General Shift

• Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP, particularly in Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
• Strong S&OP business process knowledge is highly preferred. 
• candidates with experience in SAP IBP implementation, configuration, planning areas, key figures, and integration. 
• Candidates with strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience will be preferred.
