• Senior Configurator CATS & Time - This position will require knowledge of SAP HR,

CATS- Cross Application Timesheet, debug errors, writing schema, create PCR,

create work Schedules, understand time integration with payroll and configure time

types.

• BIB configurator with HCM core knowledge This position will require the knowledge

of Success Factor and the integration of SAP HCM. Know how BIB-Business

Integration Builder is configured to accommodate new mapping logic so that it is a

seamless connection.

• Configurator PC - This position will require knowledge of Success Factor employee

central and how to implement according to business requirement. Knowledge of MDF

objects, workflows, and business rules, SAP OM, SAP PA, and SAP PD are essential.
