About this role
Position: Head SAP Delivery
We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery leader with 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years of experience in leading SAP transformation programs.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in relevant industries, preferably Retail / Fashion / Apparel.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager / Program Manager, managing large, cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
* Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation, rollout and program governance.
* SAP certifications across areas such as Finance, Logistics and Fashion/Retail will be preferred.
* Experience in Omnichannel integration, including Retail, POS, E-commerce and related digital platforms, is an added advantage.
* Prior experience working with leading System Integrators (SIs) is preferred.
* Strong stakeholder management, vendor management and transformation leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
