Position: SAP HCM Trainee / Junior SAP HCM Consultant
Experience: 01/2 years (Freshers)
Employment: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist senior SAP HCM consultants in implementation and support projects.
• Understand business requirements related to Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
• Perform basic SAP HCM configuration under senior consultant guidance.
• Support incident/ticket resolution and change requests.
• Prepare test cases and perform unit/integration testing.
• Participate in UAT and help resolve identified issues.
• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and status reports.
• Assist with data migration and validation activities.
• Interact with business users and provide basic end-user support/training.
• Coordinate with other SAP modules and technical teams when required. Current entry-level SAP HCM postings similarly emphasize support, testing, UAT, documentation, requirements gathering, and client training. Built In

• SAP HCM training/certification from a recognized institute.
• Good understanding of:
• SAP HCM PA
• OM
• Time Management
• Payroll
• Basic SAP integration
• Basic understanding of HR business processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with senior consultants.
• MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint knowledge.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech/B.E./MCA/MBA-HR/BBA-HR or equivalent.
• SAP HCM-trained freshers can be considered depending on the employer.
