About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, and Position Management.
- Configure and support SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including programs, tasks, forms, dashboards, and process variants.
- Design and maintain integrations using SAP CPI, Integration Center, Compound Employee API, SFAPI, and OData.
- Develop and maintain SuccessFactors Reporting using Story Reports, Ad Hoc Reports, People Analytics, and Advanced Reporting.
- Support SAP HCM and SuccessFactors hybrid/co-existence integrations and data migrations.
- Conduct requirement workshops, system demonstrations, unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules such as OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
Preferred candidate profile
- 4+ years of SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0.
- Strong experience with SuccessFactors integrations, particularly SAP CPI, Integration Center, SFAPI, and OData.
- Good experience with SuccessFactors Reporting and People Analytics.
- Experience with SAP HCM-SuccessFactors integration or hybrid deployment models.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll.
- SAP HCM/SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
- Experience with ECP, HCM-to-SuccessFactors migration, Boomi, or MuleSoft is an added advantage.
- Strong client-facing, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
