Job Summary:

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP HCM consulting experience.
• Strong functional expertise in:
• Organizational Management (OM)
• Personnel Administration (PA)
• Time Management
• Payroll
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM on S/4HANA.
• Experience working with SAP Fiori applications.
• Proven experience in SAP HCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Extensive experience in designing and supporting HR forms and workflow approvals.
• Strong experience with third-party system integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and integration with SAP HCM/S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

• Experience working in offshore and distributed team environments.
• Exposure to hybrid SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscapes.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and middleware solutions.
• Experience supporting global HR and payroll processes.
