Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and develop customized solutions using Indian Payroll (IMPLEMENTATION) module.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of client's existing payroll processes and identify areas for improvement, recommending process enhancements.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for payroll implementations, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and provide technical guidance to resolve problems efficiently.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll consulting or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of Indian Payroll (IMPLEMENTATION) module and its applications in various industries.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze business needs and develop effective solutions.
  
• Proven track record of delivering successful payroll implementations on time within budget constraints.
