Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and develop customized solutions using Indian Payroll (IMPLEMENTATION) module.
  
• Conduct thorough analysis of client's current payroll processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of employee data, salaries, benefits, and other relevant information in the system.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, resolving problems promptly to minimize downtime.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll consulting or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of Indian Payroll (IMPLEMENTATION) module within SAP HCM suite.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
