Job Title: SAP ERP HCM Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and Recruitment.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Support payroll processes, time evaluation, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve production issues and provide functional support.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for developments and integrations.
• Conduct user training, UAT support, and documentation activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and SAP best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP ERP HCM modules: PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS.
• Knowledge of SAP HR master data management and organizational structures.
• Experience in configuration, testing, and end-user support.
• Understanding of integrations with SAP FI, SuccessFactors, and other third-party systems.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• SAP HCM certification is an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile
