Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, and Compensation.
- Provide technical expertise on SAP HR functionalities including data migration, reporting, and analytics.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using SAP HCM tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, benefits administration, time management, and compensation planning.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP HCM projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HR functional modules (Payroll, Benefits, Time Management) and ability to work independently.
