Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in HR Mini Master, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Employee Master Data Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP HCM processes, maintaining HR master data, managing organizational structures, and supporting integrations between SAP S/4HANA and external HR platforms. The role requires strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, data governance, and HR system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP HCM Configuration & Support

• Configure, maintain, and support SAP HCM HR Mini Master processes.
• Manage Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) modules.
• Configure and maintain SAP HR master data structures and processes.
• Support HR business processes and provide production support for SAP HCM applications.

Master Data Management

• Create, maintain, and enhance employee master data replication processes.
• Define, configure, and manage HR Info types, Subtypes, and Personnel Actions.
• Perform employee master data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across HR systems.

Organizational Management

• Configure and maintain organizational units, jobs, positions, and reporting hierarchies.
• Manage organizational structures and workforce planning elements.
• Support organizational restructuring and position management activities.

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including:
• Hiring and Onboarding
• Employee Transfers
• Promotions
• Organizational Changes
• Terminations and Offboarding
• Configure and support related personnel actions within SAP HCM.

Integration & Data Replication

• Work on integrations between SAP S/4HANA and external HR systems.
• Support employee data synchronization and replication processes with:
• Oracle HCM
• SAP SuccessFactors
• Workday
• Analyze and resolve integration issues related to employee master data.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Data Quality & Compliance

• Conduct regular data audits and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor and resolve data inconsistencies and replication failures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and data governance standards.
• Prepare reports and support HR data migration initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM with strong expertise in PA and OM.
• Hands-on experience with HR Mini Master configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP HR Infotypes, Personnel Actions, and Organizational Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA HR integrations.
• Knowledge of employee master data replication and data governance processes.
• Experience working with Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP HCM certification is preferred.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
• Knowledge of middleware technologies such as SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, or Integration Suite.
• Experience in HR transformation and HR data migration projects.
