SAP HCM Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM Payroll solutions for clients across various industries.
• Provide expert-level support to resolve complex payroll issues using SAP Payroll software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized payroll solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP HCM Payroll best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 6-15 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish language (written & spoken).
• Proven track record of implementing successful SAP Payroll projects from start to finish.
