Role & responsibilities

Project Description:

• Strong SAP HCM experience across core HR processes.
• Exposure to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll or Time Management is preferred.
• Ability to work with HR/business stakeholders and lead functional discussions.
• S/4HANA or SuccessFactors integration exposure is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration, support, and implementation activities.
• Good exposure to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, or related modules is preferred.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and other HR systems.
• Ability to work closely with HR/business stakeholders and lead functional discussions.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, issue resolution, and user support.
